Over the years, the most common health problems faced by computer users are always related to the eyes; sore eyes, watery eyes, blurred vision and so on which often results in most of them using computer glasses or some glasses that are geared towards helping them halt further complications. Some simply just use blue light blocking glasses to prevent eye problems from even starting. screen device manufacturers know this, reasons why a majority have started including eye comfort features in their devices, we are going to share with you how to activate blue light blocking feature in your windows 10 computer and possibly smartphones. before this, let's have a few notes on what this blue light thing is all about including the effects it poses to man

Blue light from computer screens and digital devices can decrease contrast leading to digital eye strain and  Retina damage: Studies suggest that continued exposure to blue light over time could lead to damaged retinal cells. This can cause vision problems like age-related macular degeneration that lead to vision loss. laboratory studies have shown that too much exposure to blue light can damage light-sensitive cells in the retina. However, Not all blue light is bad. It's well documented that some blue light exposure is essential for good health. How to activate the blue light blocking feature in windows 10
Click start and locate settings just above the start button
Click on System
under display, click on night light settings

Once here, you can schedule the times you don't need blue light. this is helpful most especially to those who use their computers at night or under dark. however, if you have weaker eyes, you have to use it at any time of the day especially if you are someone who doesn't like to wear computer glasses or any glasses at all. Using the strength horizontal bar, you can tweak the warm light density to suit your vision. I showed this to a few persons and so far they have testified it has been very helpful to them. personally, I have my computer in these settings, especially at night. The downside is it deems your screen and you may not get the right color accuracy if you are dealing with a graphic project like a photo or video editing, and this gives one point to blue light blocking glasses because you still get the same vision of your screen like without glasses but no blue light effect
